Welcome to live in the Evergrande community and congratulation to you! The fitting-up and decoration of the new may be an important issue for you to handle. The following reminders may be helpful for you on how to fit out and decorate the house economically and safely with the quality and progress guaranteed and not to interfere with the life of the neighbors.
Before fitting up the new house, please file an application with the property management office of the community in three days’ advance, and ask the responsible person of the fitting up unit to prepare relevant materials such as the Business License, the Qualification Certificate, and the layout plan of the fitting-up and decoration for our examination. Generally the property management company will finish the examination and approval in three working days. If the project under construction accords with relevant standards, you can ask the fitting up unit to start the fitting-up and decoration after you have paid relevant margin deposit and expenses, and handled the Fitting-up Permit and Fitting-up Worker Pass.
Please remember to bring along the originals, copies, and photos of the ID cards of the fitting-up workers when handling the Fitting-up Worker Pass. In order to avoid the fitting-up workers to cause possible pollution to your new house and interference on your neighbors of the community, please ask the fitting-up workers to consciously carry the Fitting-up Worker Pass when coming in and leaving the community, do not cook, drink, gamble, stay overnight on the spot, and do other things that are prohibited.
In order to guarantee the safety of your house and houses of other owners in the community (including the potential dangers in fire control and removal and modification of the house structure and pipelines), the property management company will arrange personnel to patrol the fitting-up spot and record relevant conditions. You can also know the fitting-up conditions of the spot and communicate with the property management personnel at any time.
Because a large number of flammable materials will be used during the fitting-up, please pay attention to firing prevention, and prepare the relevant fire control equipment on time. In order to prevent the falling articles from hurting people, please do not put any material on the balcony and the windowsill. For the hygiene and health of you and other persons, please pack the fitting-up rubbish in bags, and stack them in the place designated by the property management office at the designated time through designated routes.
