The 2010 annual session of Boao·21st Century Real Estate Forum was held ceremoniously in Soft Hotel, Boao, Hainan Province from July 2 to 5, 2010. At the forum, the results of 2010 China real estate selection were announced, with Evergrande Real Estate Group winning three important awards: “Award of the Year for Industry Contribution”, “Award of the Year for Listed Real Estate Company of Highest Investment Value” and “Award for Corporate Citizen of China Real Estate”.
It is learnt that Boao·21st Century Real Estate Forum, sponsored and chaired by the 21st Century Business Herald, is a professional forum on real estate with the highest specification and the greatest influence in China at present. Since its debut in August 2001, the forum has been held 9 times in the form of annual session and become a top-grade annual great event of the China real estate industry.
The theme of the current session is “Real estate tests China: pursuit of efficiency and fairness through system innovations”. During the session, the 21st Century Business Herald joined the Real Estate Chamber of Commerce of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce in launching the 2010 selection activity of 2010 China real estate industry. A strong review lineup was formed by the experts of the academia, financial community and professional institutions to exhibit the outstanding fruits of the industry, record market models and boost the development of the industry under the review principle of “objective, realistic, complete, meticulous” in a bid to help promote the internationalization of the China real estate industry.
