Five Projects of Evergranda (Chongqing) Made Big Hits in Low Market of May with Total Sales of 462 Million

Most prospective buyers cherished a wait-and-see attitude to the real estate market during last May, with the national control policies and local implementation rules taking their effects. Faced with the harsh macro control measures, Evergranda Group launched a 15%-off discount policy for products of its affiliates all over the nation. Evergranda (Chongqing) Company took the lead in implementing the new policy, delegating specific tasks to members of the management with the focus on the promotion of the sales volume of last May.

Following the unified planning of the Group, Chongqing Company focused on two aspects of the business. The first was to continue implementing the “Quality Month” Program to promote the project progress and improve the comprehensive services. The second was to improve the sales environment, increase the sales volumes and urge individual departments to enhance the quality-oriented efforts. With the new implementation rules yet to be released and restricted by limited products available for sale, Chongqing Company has been seeking to implement the general strategy of the Group. The five major projects made big hits in the low market with a total sales volume of 462 Million, taking the lead among all the real estate developers of Chongqing.

Firstly, the five projects were all launched to the market, with a reasonable product structure of numerous choices to meet needs of different local customers. The Company launched various promotional activities aiming at different prospective buyers of the products. On the other hand, the Company also drew on the potentials of the projects to increase the choices for customers.

Secondly, the Company sought to build its image for housing decoration. The 9-A delivery standard of fine decoration formulated by Evergranda has been widely recognized by the local people.  Relatives and friends caming to buy the products of the Company in groups is common, thanks to the reputation of the products. The steady progress in the product delivery also helped get the notion of fine decoration across to customers.

Thirdly, the development of sales teams was enhanced. Following the recent discount policy of the Group, Chongqing Company has made consistent arrangements, through which individual sales teams studied the latest discount policy and implemented a series of promotional measures. For example, the sales tasks were delegated to each of the sales team members; consistent marketing language were formulated and the sales team members were uniformly trained and assessed. The Company, while maintaining the existing customers, also developed new customers actively. In this course, the initiatives of the sales team members were brought out and the quality of services was significantly promoted. The sales personnel treated every visitor as a prospective owner and sought to give them the homelike feelings.

Finally, flexible marketing planning measures were taken. The Company attached great importance to the marketing planning. The Company required that the marketing, general planning and sales agency companies to hold daily meetings to summarize and analyze the sales of each day and make arrangements for the work of the next day. It was required that every employee to do a good job with their tasks everyday. Meawhile, the sales data, the market situation analysis and various marketing measures at different levels and perspectives were taken to ensure the maximum results of the marketing activities.

At present, Liangjiang New District has been approved by the State Council. This will further help building Chongqing, one of the five central cities of China, into the economic center of the West. In such a favorable market environment, Chongqing Company will seize this best historical opportunity to do a good job with the sales of the five projects to ensure the market share of the Company.
