Wei Keliang, the vice president, was born in 1957 in Henan Province. Mr. Wei graduated from Zhengzhou University and obtained a master degree in Economics. With the experience of more than 21 years in economic management and fund management, as well as the professional title of senior economist, Mr. Wei is responsible for fund raising and financial management in part of the regions of our Group.
