■ People striving for civilization and progress are supposed to perform their responsibility actively based on their conscience, belief and consciousness. Only in this way can they contribute to the country, society, the others and their own enterprise.
■ As builders of the socialist cause, being responsible for the enterprise means being responsible for the nation and people themselves.
■ Responsibility builds virtue as well as maintains virtue. Once being responsible turns to be a group behavior, turns to be ethos, it not only means responsibility, but also forms some kind of community spirit.
■ Sense of responsibility reveals from common and simple life, not necessarily earthshaking events. It breathes out from people’s heart naturally. Set responsibility as a universal spirit, it is sure to become a great power to drive the society forward.
■ It is most irresponsible for a company if justice and reasonable principles fail to prevail.
■ Taking the attitude of being responsible for the company and the boss to handling problems is quite necessary. And it should be always in principle of ‘just’, ‘rules foremost ‘and ‘seeking truth from facts’ to deal with all issues.
■ Staffs should be loyal to the company and responsible for their post whatever position you are. As fine traditions of all the Evergrande staffs, the spirit of dedication and striving forward are worth carrying forward forever and can not be lost any time.
■ The company grows bigger and bigger. Therefore leaders of each level should forge ahead, fearing nothing forward. It is not right to be afraid of failure. Especially the high level leaders should dare to take in charge of issues. Fearing of failure only proves that we still need to improve ourselves.
■ If a staff with proficient professional knowledge keeps striving for progress, loyal to the company, he or she is encouraged to make decisions responsible for the company boldly. In this way, making mistakes is allowed
■ Leaders of the company should be determined to make responsible decisions that promote development of the company. Money is encouraged to spend where it should be spent and decisions are determined to make where it should be made, or nothing is going to succeed.
■ All the leaders are requested to broaden sources of income and reduce expenditure of the part they take charge. Cost of each procedure should be regarded. Staffs will be punished for the losses to the company caused by neglect of cost. Excuses such as ignorance or unfamiliar with the post can never accepted as the explanation for the losses to the company. Shirking one’s own responsibilities or finding excuses for the neglect is very irresponsible and should be critically criticized. Keeping finding excuses always leads to hanging up of the work
■ All staffs should have the sense of masters of the company. Suppose ninety percents of the leaders have deep sense of responsibility, the company is sure to develop fast.
■ Each staff of the company is supposed to be in a spirit of highly responsible and carefully planned for their own job. In this way, with combined efforts of both leader and ordinary staffs, the company will develop faster and faster with bigger and bigger miracles.
