▲ As fairness and justice play a crucial role in a company’s development and trend of public feelings, all the leaders should pay great attention to it. They are supposed to treat their colleagues and staffs fair and justly.
▲ Fairness and justice decide whether a company is able to create a honest and righteous atmosphere
▲ It is not so easy to conduct fairness and justice in all issues. Only when some certain state in which perfect regulations and righteous carriers are available is reached can fairness and justice be conducted in the true meaning.
▲ If the leaders of a company fail to conduct fairness and justice, the company is sure to lose because of some unhealthy tendencies caused by the failure of conducting fairness and justice.
▲ Leaders of a company should treat their staffs fair and justly, paying attention to all of them. If not, the company is sure to be thrown into disorder.
▲ There is no absolute fairness and justice either in the past, present or in the future. However, we are allowed to keep chasing for fairness and justice within our own ability. If we act, we are making progress.
▲ We should always be clear what we are supposed do in our working or life. Refrain from doing some things in order to be able to do some other things. Always be righteous and just so that all the energy can be used to do solid work body and soul.
▲ Because of the fairness and justice conduction in personnel selection, promotion, salary distribution, and issues concerning staff’s benefits, it fosters such harmonious culture and working atmosphere in Evergrande. Especially on the issues concerning staffs, fairness and justice have never failed to be conducted.
▲ The conduction of fairness and justice requires high level of people who conduct it. One who fails to reach the level required for the conduction of fairness and justice is supposed to keep improving through constant studying.
▲ “Stand on principles” “seek truth from facts” should be the indispensable working style of all leaders. They must play the vanguard and exemplary role in establishing sound conducts and working environment in the company. Smooth work cannot be carried on if the leaders fail to stand on principles and seek truth from facts, for without principles fairness and justice can never be conducted. One who lacks such basic qualities can never qualify to be a leader.
▲ Institutionalized and normalized management can never be formed in a company where principles and rules fail to be followed and rule-breakers are not sure to be punished.
▲ Incorrect decisions will be made once problems fail to be received and dealt with as it is.
▲ When solving problems, all the time leaders should follow the principle of ‘seek truth from facts’, which requires one to make his or her decisions fair and justly, adhering to principles and such decisions are persuasive.
▲ Adhering to principles, seeking truth from facts, conducting fairness and justice all the time are the basic qualities of a leader. If a leader fails to have such qualities, work can never be carried on smoothly either in a department or the whole company. Also, without such qualities it is very difficult for the leaders to improve themselves. Over time, such leaders are sure to be eliminated because they are certainly to fall behind fast development of the company.
▲ It is required to solve various problems observing the principle of fairness and justice, ‘seek truth from facts’, which means to be responsible for the company and the bosses as well.
▲ It is most irresponsible for a company if it fails to create a fairness and justice environment for its staff in which principles are strictly followed. Moreover, if leaders of the company favor old friends and relatives regardless of their qualifications, the company is sure to be washed out in the market.
▲ Fairness and justice conductions requires of seeing things as a whole, dealing with problems from the comprehensive and developing viewpoint. It is sure to lose fairness and justice to see and solve problems from isolated and one-sided perspectives.
▲ The false selection of personnel tends to create problems for a company most. To always appoint staffs by their merits is the basic quality required by a qualified leader.
▲ A righteous person is supposed to perform his or her duties honestly and possess the spirit of fair play. They keep their conscience clear, do everything honestly and have a fine style of work. Therefore they are worthy of our examples to learn from. We should try to get along well with our colleagues and leaders in work and life by treating them with honest and friendliness. Moreover, work should always be treated with strictness and honesty.
