To meet the needs of the development of a modern company, by now, Evergrande has completed its national strategic deployment and developed an intensive “close-type Collectivized Management Mode”. In other words, through Evergrande’s constant development, this mode has been gradually established. Now, our next job is just to promote, enhance and further develop this management mode. We are proud to say that our successful experience has proved that our management structure and management mode are modern, scientific, correct and updated.
The so-called “intensive close-type collectivized management mode” means that all substantial issues will be uniformly addressed at the group management level. The reason for Evergrande to base this mode on an intensive, close-type management is that Evergrande needs to implement the management mode of “creating boutiques”, needs to execute the strategy of “winning by brand” and needs to achieve fast, stable and sustainable development. The focus will rest on the enhancement of the group company’s vertical management of all local branch companies concerning all substantial real estate development aspects, including human resources, capital and finance, engineering construction, cost control, contract performance, project marketing, etc.
The establishment of the “intensive close-type collectivized management mode” is mainly to attain three “Ensurings”. They are: firstly, ensuring the protection of all premature local companies from taking wrong paths and the reduction of risks; secondly, ensuring the reduction of cost; thirdly, ensuring the implementation of the boutique strategy in all local companies and all projects and hence realizing the leadership of Evergrande in product quality in China.
By the “intensive close-type collectivized management”, Evergrande has launched its nationwide campaign of boutique development. With the management mode established as one of the company’s important strategies, its all-around implementation will mark the start of a new era of Evergrande’s operation strategies.
