Xu Jiayin, male, Han nationality, Party member of the CPC, graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology, department of metallurgy, undergraduate, honorable doctor of University of West Alabama in the US, professor of Management, member of the 11th national committee of the CPPCC and national model worker, now he acts as president of board of directors and secretary of Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited.

He once won the titles of “the Ten Men of the Time in Chinese Real Estate”, “the Ten Men of the Time in Chinese Private Economy”, “the Ten Major Characters of Outstanding Contributions in Furthering China’s Urbanization”, “Outstanding Builder of the Socialist Cause with Chinese Characteristics”, “the Ten Philanthropists in China”, etc.

Now he is taking the post of deputy chairman of China Enterprise Confederation, deputy chairman of China Entrepreneur Association, deputy chairman of China Real Estate Association, president of Guangzhou Real Estate Association, deputy chairman of Guangdong Fund for Justice and Courage, deputy chairman of Guangdong Private Enterprise Chamber, deputy chairman of Guangdong General Chamber of Commerce and honorary chairman of Guangdong Charity Federation.
