It is reported that Prime Minister of Republic of Singapore, Lee Hsien Loong visits Guangdong in the China – ASEAN commemoration summit at the invitation of Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao. On October 27, Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong met representatives of six Guangdong well-known enterprises such as Evergrande, TCL, Midea, Yeah, Eagle and Comba and exchanged idea on industry development, social security etc.  
The six enterprises invited to attend this meeting all take the lead in terms of development in one's own field and are on behalf of advanced productivity in their respective industries. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong talks animatedly with the leaders of the six enterprises of the current development situation and prospect in their own fields.
It is reported that Xu Jiayin, the chairman of board of directors of Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited, attended this meeting as the only representative of Guangdong real estate industry. The two sides conducted exchange with respect to the development of new Guangdong real estate industry. As Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong pointed out, as China is in the process of urbanization of the largest scale in the history of the world, as the leader in China real estate industry, Guangdong is leading the development trends of China real estate industry with its rational and healthy development.
